Why did Paul decide to go to Jerusalem when he was clearly being warned that it would be dangerous, and urged not to go? Did he simply disregard the prophecy from Agabus who told him what would happen if he indeed went? In this talk, Dennis looks at both guidance and prophecy, and suggests they are not always going to be pointing to safe or easy courses of action, but concludes there is something about the Word of God that shines a onto the way ahead and brings with it the resolve and security of knowing that our lives are fully in harmony with God's will.
