Passage: 1 Peter 2:5

1 Corinthians 12:27 | John 1: 14 | Revelation 21: 1-3
The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ gives birth to a new temple, not made of bricks and mortar but built from every single believer, with Christ himself as it’s cornerstone. This is where God lives, and this means if people are looking for God it is to the community of believers they should come. We, in turn, as God’s dwelling place need to be holy and a fit place for God to live. And just as Jesus came and lived amongst his community, we too are called to live amongst the communities we are called to, understanding the needs and despair, caring and loving people and allowing God’s supernatural interventions to break out in miraculous power amongst us.
