Isaiah 9:6-7 | Revelation 2:2-5a
Traditionally Advent, the weeks leading up to Christmas, is a season of waiting. Waiting, longing, yearning. These things are part of life especially as a follower of Jesus. We are waiting for our broken world to be made whole again. We are waiting for Jesus to return. In the meantime it's so important we learn to wait well. Because it's so easy to wait badly whether that looks like falling into sin becoming bitter or just giving up. In this message we look at 2 people who were waiting for Jesus, Simeon and Anna. By following their example we learn how we can wait well.
